This project coined “The Soapstone” by Petra Development is a 39,000 SF multi-unit residential building located in the emerging Georgia Avenue corridor in Washington, DC. It consists of 49 dwelling units featuring Cross Laminated Timber to replace traditional CMU for the stair & elevator cores.
